iPhone SE 2

Although the iphone SE 2 is yet to hit the market rumours abound as to what it might look like if and when it becomes available. The IPhone is one of the best in the market at the moment.

The iPhoneSE proved to be popular with those on a tight budget and looking for a smaller size handset so it is hoped that these features will be retained with the second generation phone.

Leaked photos suggest that the iphone SE 2 could be an all glass back falling in line with the iPhone 8 and iPhoneX. One great feature of the iphoneSE is the long life battery which lasts all day so it is hoped that this will remain the case with the iPhone SE2. The battery capacity is expected to increase from 1,640mAh to 1,700mAH but a larger screen could gobble up the battery power faster.

Other design changes include the phone losing its home button creating bigger screen – like the iPhone XI. Other features are rumoured to include wireless charging and it could lose it’s headphone jack like other iPhone models. However, there are conflicting reports suggesting that this model will keep the classic iPhone shape and a front button.

Speculative reports suggest that the iPhone SE 2 will have an A10 processor, 2GB of RAM, a 12mp rear facing camera, a 5Mp face time camera and either 32GB or 128GB of storage.

There are conflicting reports about when the iPhoneSE 2 will be released – some suggesting March or April this year when Apple’s Spring press event is held, while others speculate it could be as late as September. Everyone who prefers a smaller handset and is on a tight budget hopes it’s sooner rather than later because it’s been two years since the release of the iPhoneSE.
